Delivery Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be carried out by Fedex on a 2 to 3 working day service.  Small items may be despatched via Royal Mail first class post.

For urgent items we can despatch on a Fedex next working day or special Saturday delivery at an extra cost.  For details of this service please contact us by telephone.

Items will normally be dispatched within two working days of the order being placed. In the event of a lost parcel, TSProfessional SOUND + LIGHT's will be prepared to produce evidence that the item was dispatched but make no guarantees on how long the matter may take to resolve.
