Delivery Unless otherwise stated will be carried out by FedEx on a next working day service.  Small items may be despatched via Royal Mail first class post. You should receive automatic notification of the service used together where appropriate the tracking number.

Items will normally be dispatched within two working days of the order being placed. In the event of a lost parcel, TSProfessional SOUND + LIGHT's will be prepared to produce evidence that the item was dispatched but make no guarantees on how long the matter may take to resolve.

Where your order is consigned in more than one parcel it is importnat that you check immediately with the delivery personnel the reason for any lost packages and when they will be delivered. Then please inform us immediately by telephone so we can ensure the lost packages are delivered as soon as possible.
