Returns and Cancellations
Your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract. You may not cancel your contract with us under the Distance Selling Regulations where any audio or video recordings or computer software has been unsealed by you.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must take reasonable care of the goods from the time you receive them until you return them to us; all packaging and accessories must be included and intact. If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.
Used goods do not carry a warranty unless specificly stated in the offer terms for that item(s) on this website. Should any fault be discovered that is not pointed out at the time of sale, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. A full refund will be issued upon return to us of the goods, in all original packaging, and confirmation of the fault
In the unfortunate event that your product purchased from us fails to operate correctly during the manufacturer's warranty period you must contact us by telephone, email or post to report the problem before proceeding with any claim. We will then try to determine if a warranty claim may be made under the conditions operated by the equipment manufactuer. If accepted we will then advise you to return the goods to us in secure packaging with a copy of the original purchase invoice and a brief description of the fault. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties and in certain cases you may be asked to send the product directly back to them or to their distributor. You will be responsible for the cost and security of returning the faulty equipment.
It is recommended that you keep the original packaging until the warranty period expires to make certain if returned you equipment is carried safely and securely.
We have a repair and examination department that will initially look at your equipment and contact you once we have determined what can be done about the faulty equipment. We will them repair the equipment and return it to you free of charge providing the terms of the equipment warranty have not been breached.
